The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large territory of directors, who in turn lead field managers, with a focus on engineering, safety, and sales. Direct engineering experience, either as a leader or practitioner, is essential for this role. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with managing a significant P&L, and while an MBA is not mandatory, it is highly preferred.
