Robert Half is partnering with a Milwaukee area client in the recruiting for a strategic and forward-thinking Vice President of Human Resources to lead the development and execution of enterprise HR strategies that support business growth, workforce transformation, and organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading strategic HR initiatives, including talent acquisition program redesign, workforce planning, leadership development, HR technology optimization, and change management.
