As Vice President of Engineering, you will lead our engineering organization, owning product delivery, technical direction, and team performance. Reporting to the CTO, you will help shape our technology strategy and drive execution as we scale.

What You’ll Do  

• Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of the company’s full suite of web and mobile applications.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of engineers across software development, DevOps, QA, Design, and Product, working closely alongside our CTO. Direct reports include Engineering Managers and Team Leads.
