**Description**
This role will serve as a strategic HR partner to the Global Communications, Global Public Affairs, Global Legal, Security and GCCS Leadership teams. Liaising with the Corporate Functions HRBPs, Regional HR VPs, and in collaboration with our HR Centers of Excellence, this role will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the human resources function including talent management, organizational efficiency, leadership development, employee relations, compensation and recruiting.
Leadership
+ Shapes and leads the overarching Human Resources strategy to develop and strengthen respective Corporate Functions teams globally, with a focus on the right organizational structure, resources, education and developmental experiences.
+ Develops and drives comprehensive approach, through Corporate Functions HRBP team and local inβcountry/Regional HR teams, to enhance all points along the global employee journey: attraction, development, reward, and...
