Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop and implement department goals to achieve the company's business objectives.
• Develop, implement policies and procedures together with other departments.
• Develop, implement and direct programs to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the department.
• Evaluate performance of the department and implement corrective actions, if necessary, to improve business results.
• Develop, monitor and control department annual operating budget.
• Identify and develop infrastructure and resources for the department.

Requirements
