Technology & Operations (T&O) is responsible for the end-to-end management of BlackRock’s operating and technology platforms—supporting the product and trade lifecycle, client experience, and employee experience at scale.

Within T&O, Platform Enablement plays a central role in scaling and transforming the firm’s operating platform through automation, data, and AI-driven capabilities that enable continuous, efficient, and resilient operations. The Strategic Platforms business within Platform Enablement develops strategy, executes critical initiatives, and manages day-to-day operations that are central to BlackRock’s growth priorities. The team combines operations professionals with deep mutual fund and ETF expertise alongside change specialists to drive scale, innovation, and the continued evolution of BlackRock’s global ETF platform.
