Job Description

Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)

  • Oversee coordination of a 24/7 SOC analyst team, ensuring consistent coverage and smooth operational handovers.
  • Drive the effectiveness of detect‑and‑analyse controls operated by the SOC team, ensuring incidents are identified, triaged and escalated appropriately.
  • Build strong collaboration with UK‑based Cyber Defence colleagues to support joint security monitoring, intelligence sharing and incident response alignment.
  • Lead continual service improvement activity across SOC processes, tooling and workflows.
