A leading investment banking franchise is looking to appoint a Vice President or Director into its Singapore M&A team. The role sits within a high-performing advisory platform covering complex transactions across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia-Pacific region, with strong exposure to cross-border mandates and strategic corporate activity.

This is a role for someone who is already operating at a senior execution level and wants to take on greater ownership of transactions, client relationships, and potentially coverage.

What you’ll be doing

You will take a lead role in the execution of M&A transactions, from early-stage structuring through to closing. This includes buy-side and sell-side mandates, mergers, divestments, and broader strategic advisory work.
