As a Vice President - Complex Bridge, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of large, complex bridge projects within our Design-Build portfolio. You will guide multidisciplinary teams from pursuit through project completion while fostering strong client partnerships and advancing our alternative delivery capabilities.

What You’ll Do

Lead the overall coordination and delivery of design for large, complex alternative delivery projects, including Design-Build.

Manage pre-tender design activities, including development of Alternative Technical Concepts (ATCs).

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, owners, and key stakeholders.

Direct and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across multiple offices in high-intensity project environments.
