**Job Purpose / Background**

Global Active ETF assets are projected to triple to $4.2 trillion by 2030. As investor demand accelerates, BlackRock Global Markets (BGM) is investing in next-generation capabilities for our Active ETF franchise.

This role sits within the **Fixed Income Platform & Markets team** and is part of **BlackRock Active ETF Solutions (BAES)** , which leads the development of BlackRock’s Active ETF primary market platform and operating model.

BlackRock Active ETF Solutions (BAES) is a technology-driven team responsible for building the firm’s primary market platform for Active ETFs. The team designs operating models and tools that enable seamless interaction between BlackRock’s Active ETFs and the broader ETF ecosystem, serving as a central hub to manage active ETF primary markets investment processes at scale.
