Role Overview

AB VFX Studios is seeking an experienced VFX Project Manager to own production management across our Roto, Paint, Matchmove, and Compositing departments. You will be the single point of contact between internal teams and Management driving schedules, tracking shot progress, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Candidates who can calculate and validate Man-days for Roto, Paint, and Comp will be given first preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all active projects end-to-end scheduling, shot tracking, and delivery across Roto, Paint, Matchmove, and Comp.

• Calculate and validate Man-days for work packages; use estimates to support bidding and resource planning.

• Build and maintain production reports, trackers, and bid documents in MS Excel (advanced level).
