**BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring an experienced Veterinary Technician Trainer for the Philadelphia Market.**

**Pay:** $31.05 - $44.19/Hr

**As a Veterinary Technician Trainer:**

+ You maintain proficiency in the appropriate department and level of Veterinary Technician competencies and are scheduled as an active Veterinary Technician.
+ You create and/or utilize provided materials to facilitate on-site staff training and continuing education for all Veterinary Assistants and Veterinary Technicians within the assigned hospitals within the market(s), spending on-site time divided between the locations.
+ You implement new, company-wide training programs as needed.
+ You elevate the level of patient care through education in the hospitals within the assigned market(s).
+ You foster effective working relationships between technicians/assistants and other hospital staff.
