Job Description
Responsibilities
- Arrive punctually and maintain reliable attendance to support team operations
- Take initiative and work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals
- Deliver excellent care and service to patients and clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English to support daily interactions and documentation
- Ability to converse in Mandarin and Malay to enhance communication with diverse clients and colleagues
- Willingness to participate in on-the-job training, courses, and continuing professional education (CPE) to develop special interests and advance skills
