**Compensation:** $20–23/hr

**Schedule:** FT | 5–8 hour shifts Monday–Saturday | Typically scheduled between 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm | Schedule posted one month in advance

VCA Mueller Pet Medical Center is a 24-hour AAHA-accredited hybrid GP/ER hospital in Sacramento seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to support our growing General Practice and Urgent Care services.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and wants exposure to a wide variety of cases ranging from routine preventive care to urgent and same-day medical concerns. Our Veterinary Assistants play an active role in patient care and work closely alongside DVMs and the veterinary care team across both GP and Urgent Care workflows.
