Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements and specifications.
• Monitor customer inquiries and process shipments.
• Coordinate transport logistics as per customer needs.
• Maintain direct communication with clients.
• Track orders, analyze forecasts, and coordinate parcel deliveries.
• Serve as a single point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring high quality service.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within the automotive industry (3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and business English.
• Proficiency in TOMS GM, ERP (SAP), and Excel.
