+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in management consulting, advising clients on business strategy and operations.
+ 5 years of experience in consulting and managing cross-functional projects.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with clients in the region.
