Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
SupporttheGlobal DataTechnology(GDT)portfolio of contracts, including new agreements, amendments, and renewals of existing agreements
Supportannual softwarerenewals,forecasting,invoicing, and purchase orders
Supporttheappropriateprocurementactivitytosubmitand manageintake requestpost triage
Supportinvoice processingfor GDTleveragingexisting tools andshared services at Manulife
Develop andmaintainstandard operating procedures and documentation forGDTvendor management processesΒ
Work withsoftwaresupportteams andkey stakeholderstoown andmaintainsoftwareplatformusersand assettracking tools
Create, own, andmaintainsoftware chargeback models to provide monthly cost allocationsΒ for Finance and business stakeholders
Prepare related reporting and analysis as needed, includingactive software contracts, licensing reviews and spend analysis
