Overview

The Vendor Account Specialist II – Credential Key (CK) is a product SME responsible for prospecting, converting and managing vendors within the Credential Key Program within Vendor Credentialing / Spend Management. The CK team member is well versed in property & casualty insurance and often serves as the liaison between vendors and their insurance agents. They also mentor other teammates to help develop their knowledge and technical expertise. They work closely with other Vendor Credentialing teams to drive vendor enrollment, approval metrics and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Vendor and insurance agent outreach via phone and/or email for vendors in Credential Key Program or on behalf of clients in Risk Advisory Services (RAS).
• Insurance, corporate and license document review, indexing and processing.
