The duties and responsibilities include: Managing the sales and marketing of the used vehicle sales department, Meeting monthly sales targets, Motivate and train sales staff, Reporting and liaising with head office on monthly sales; Advertising; Evaluations of trade-in and pricing or vehicle stock. Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Vehicle sales manager with Pre-owned vehicles. Considerable experience with Vehicle sales. Experience working in a corporate branded dealership like VW, Ford, Suzuki etc. Track record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department.
