In this role, you will provide assessments, engage with community primary care, and participate in treatment planning for youth with eating disorders. You will collaborate with a diverse health team and support referrals to specialized programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed medical assessments for youth clients
• Ensure accurate documentation of follow-up notes
• Coordinate with primary care for shared treatment plans
• Attend client family meetings as necessary

Requirements:
• CMPA membership required
