St. Josephs Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established Outpatient Vascular Surgery team in Syracuse, NY. This outpatient role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team of five vascular surgeons specializing in minimally invasive and endovascular procedures across the full spectrum of vascular disease, including complex cases.

Position Details:

• Conduct new and established patient visits in an outpatient setting, including comprehensive evaluations and ongoing care management
• Perform patient consultations with thorough education on procedures, treatment plans, and expectation setting
• Provide longitudinal postoperative care and follow-up for surgical patients, monitoring recovery and addressing complications as needed
