A transit van driver is a professional who is responsible for transporting passengers in a van. Job Responsibilities:
Provide safe and efficient transportation for passengers. Operate the van on scheduled times, following a pre-determined route. Pick up passengers on dispatched request for transportation. Operate the van on scheduled activities. Conduct a pre-trip and post- trip inspection of the vehicle each day. Check for vehicle damages, monitor oil change requirements, etc. Report any issues with the vehicle to the supervisor. Complete maintenance requests.
