Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations within a core value stream at the site level. This role is responsible for driving performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) while translating site strategy into disciplined daily execution.

This leader will oversee production, continuous improvement, planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure predictable output, strong customer delivery, and sustained operational performance. The ideal candidate is a high-impact manufacturing leader with strong Lean/TPS experience, financial acumen, and the ability to build and develop high-performing teams while executing long-term strategy.
