The Value Based Care Strategy & Payor Partnerships Sr. Analyst is a key member of this team, with primary responsibilities of supporting senior executives in the underwriting, negotiation, and execution of highly complex value-based care arrangements with DaVita’s payor partners. Critical to success in this role is an ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple work streams across actuary, finance, operations, legal, and business development.

This includes supporting strategy formulation, business development, and the delivery of a variety of innovative integrated care partnerships (pay-for-performance, shared savings, and capitation). Other special projects will include strategy work related to DaVita’s broader commercial health plan portfolio.
