We are looking for an experienced PCI Express (PCIe) Validation Expert to lead both pre-silicon and post-silicon validation for high-speed storage accelerator products. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end PCIe validation, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with PCIe standards (Gen3/Gen4/Gen5), and seamless interoperability across diverse platforms.

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including architecture, design, firmware, PHY, and system engineering to define validation strategies, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure successful product delivery.

• Lead and manage PCIe validation strategy and execution across pre-silicon and post-silicon phases
• Develop comprehensive validation coverage plans, including protocol, link, PHY, power management, and compliance scenarios
