Position Summary

The Valet Attendant is the first and last point of contact for our guests responsible for delivering a warm efficient and professional parking experience. The role combines guest service vehicle handling and front-of-house presence ensuring every arrival and departure reflects the standards of the property.

Key Responsibilities

Greet all arriving guests promptly and courteously opening doors and assisting with luggage as needed. Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently following all property and traffic regulations. Maintain an organized key management system and accurate logs of all vehicles parked. Inspect each vehicle for pre-existing damage upon arrival and document accordingly. Ensure the driveway and entrance area remain clean orderly and free of congestion at all times.
