Job Description

De Functie:

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol implementeren van softwareoplossingen bij verzekeraars.

  • Je begeleidt implementaties van analyse tot en met oplevering en bent gedurende het hele traject het aanspreekpunt voor de klant.

  • Je verzamelt requirements, vertaalt deze naar een implementatie- en configuratiestrategie en adviseert over procesinrichting, workflows en API-integraties.

  • Daarnaast begeleid je workshops, verzorg je klanttrainingen, stel je testscenario's op en werk je nauw samen met configuratiespecialisten, developers, productteams en stakeholders.

  • Je bewaakt meerdere implementaties tegelijkertijd en zorgt ervoor dat klantverwachtingen, planning en oplevering succesvol op elkaar aansluiten.

  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als (Technical) Business Analyst, Implementatie Consultant, Solution Consultant of Requirements Engineer
