Job Description
Our Client, a leader in the Retail Industry, is seeking to appoint an experienced Receiving Administrator to join their dynamic team. Applicants must reside in and around the Pietermaritzburg area.
Duties & Responsibilities Attend to phoning suppliers and monitoring stock regularly. Dispatch and receiving of stock. Organise and store received itemsin appropriate areas. Transfer approved stock internally to the different warehouses. Ensure that the correct stock is dispatched in the right quantities. Ensure that papwerwork is completed correctly and neatly filed. Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 (Twelve) andany other Retail qualification. 3 (Three) to 5 (Five) years of experience in the Retail Industry. Basic warehousing experience will be an advantage. Experience in working with GRV documents. Previous experience in working at receiving. Good understanding of purchase orders and delivery notes.
