Job Description
The VA SF Logistics Specialist coordinates and executes customer vehicle relocation orders while supporting all related business operations. This role focuses on managing customer orders from start to finish, scheduling vehicle pickups and deliveries, arranging additional services, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date information in the CRM system. The specialist communicates frequently by phone and email with internal staff, independent contractors, and pickup and delivery contacts, ensuring all instructions are followed and issues are resolved promptly. This is an on-site position in a fast-paced environment that requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
