    • About us:
    Design and Capability is an innovative, multi-disciplinary team that champions the delivery of contemporary, customer-centric and digitally enabled Queensland government services through:

  • Lead and contribute to establishing and managing a design system, progressively adding to, unifying, and maintaining the components within a design system (Figma > Dev > QA) including best practice user research, design and documentation (when and how to use, event tags, accessibility requirements, etc.) to be a release ready component.


    • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver design assets and specifications to developers, and once implemented, validate those designs according to approved specifications.
