Responsibilities

• User research: plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and contextual inquiries; synthesize findings into personas, journey maps, and user needs.
• Interaction design: create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, and low‑ to high‑fidelity prototypes to define product behavior and navigation.
• Visual design: develop pixel‑perfect UI designs, style guides, and visual systems (typography, color, iconography, components) consistent with brand guidelines.
