Responsibilities
- Lead user research for a global e-commerce business, focusing on understanding user needs in Southeast Asia to support business growth and improve user experience.
- Independently drive end-to-end user research projects, including problem scoping, research design, execution, and delivering actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- Develop a strong business understanding and leverage research to identify growth opportunities and areas for experience optimisation.
- Proactively monitor industry trends and market dynamics, and conduct deep‑dive studies aligned with business priorities and user needs.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, Marketing, Economics, Anthropology, or related fields.
