**Job Title: UX Researcher**

**Location: Hybrid in downtown Dallas, TX - flexibility for fully remote**

**Pay Range: $60-65/hour W2 (W2 only) Client is not entertaining sponsorship at this time.**

**Role Overview**
The UX Researcher will lead research initiatives for complex, data-intensive digital experiences. This role drives evidence-based design decisions through both qualitative and quantitative research methods, translating findings into actionable design principles and business recommendations.
