Job Description
POSITION: UTILITIES MANAGER (COSTA DEL HAMILO INC., NASUGBU, BATANGAS)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Utilities Manager is responsible for the overall management, operation, and improvement of utilities services within the estate. This role ensures efficient utilities operations, regulatory compliance, cost control, and the reliable delivery of services to the estate, locators, and homeowners. The position oversees maintenance programs, utilities capital expenditures, and coordination with internal stakeholders, government agencies, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor OPEX Budget for the year related to Utilities
- Timely Compliance, including Contract Renewal, Permits Renewal, Service Agreements, Periodical Submission of Reports to LGU/Regulatory Bodies
- Implementation of Utilities Capex Programs for the year
- Improvement of Utilities Services to the Estate, Locators, and Homeowners
