Hiring: USRN Senior Operations Manager (SOM)
Onsite – ortigas or Makati
Salary: ₱150,000 – ₱200,000 (Negotiable)
We are looking for a results-driven USRN Senior Operations Manager with strong end-to-end leadership experience in Utilization Management (UM) and Case Management (CM) within a healthcare BPO setting.
Requirements
Active USRN License
At least 1 year of recent bedside experience
Proven experience as a Senior Operations Manager (SOM)
Strong background in KPI management, client handling, escalations, and large team leadership
End-to-end experience in UM and CM operations
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Utilization Management (UM) and Case Management (CM) operations
Drive KPIs, compliance, and client satisfaction
Lead Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and frontline teams
Manage strategic initiatives and client escalations
Note:
