Summary:

ASM Global, the world leader in venue management, has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Usher at SNHU Arena. This position is an essential part of the guest services team, responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests. The Usher is responsible for properly greeting and checking guests' tickets as they enter seating and other areas of the facility. Ushers also direct guests to their seats and assist with wayfinding to services around the arena, including restrooms, concessions, first aid, and other event-specific locations, as directed by the Usher Supervisor and House Manager.
