Insight Global is seeking a UX Researcher to join a customer facing insights and research team. This role will be local to NY or NJ to sit onsite hybrid, as well as travel to local store locations to participate in studies. Through end to end user research processes, candidates will drive transformation within retail experiences by contributing insights and research outcomes. On a day to day basis you will work independently to run, develop and execute UX Research projects/programs aimed at understanding customer needs, expectations, and behaviors aligned to their in store shopping experiences. Delivery in this role will require candidates to observe customers as they go through in store experiences and then run IDI’s to gather insights about their experiences, motivations, and feelings about the in-store experience.
