• A Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• B Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• C Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Responsibility

1. User Monitoring and Support: Monitor high-value user activity and engagement trends to provide timely insights and support to enhance the user experience.
2. Activity Coordination: Assist in planning, launching, and tracking regular activities, ensuring rewards distribution and basic budget handling.
3. Customer Interaction and Service: Engage with user groups through activities and provide responsive customer support to address inquiries and cater to users’ needs across different levels.
4. Live Room Support: Coordinate live room activities, such as selecting and training hosts, and maintaining a positive environment for smooth event flow.
