Role Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high-performing used vehicle operation in Southampton. This is a hands‑on role focused on driving sales performance, maximising profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will be responsible for managing the used car team, controlling stock, and ensuring all deals are structured effectively to achieve volume, margin, and F&I targets.
