**This is a full-time, onsite role at our Sunnyvale, CA office. This position is not eligible for remote work.** Walmart+ Business initiatives focus on helping business members get more value from their membership and stay engaged over time by improving the end-to-end experience across acquisition, activation, and ongoing usage. Within the Membership Engagement & Retention domain, we identify the moments that matter in a member’s lifecycle, design targeted experiences and benefits that drive repeat behavior, and use insights and experimentation to reduce churn. Our work spans member communications, in-product journeys, benefit discovery and adoption, and measurement frameworks that connect engagement signals to retention outcomes.
