**Position Summary...**
Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Construction to lead multiple new store construction projects already in progress. This role is designed for a proven construction leader who can step in quickly, assess priorities, and drive execution with minimal ramp-up time.

You will oversee 3–5 concurrent projects, leading cross-functional coordination, contractor performance, budget oversight, and project delivery from active pipeline through completion. The right candidate brings a strong construction foundation, sound judgment, and the ability to keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment where quality, compliance, schedule, and cost all matter.
