We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to collaborate in design, development, and deployment of advanced digital twin solutions for retail processes. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in simulation modeling (Agent-Based, Discrete-Event, System Dynamics) with hands-on skills in 3D visualization, ML/AI integration, and agentic AI development. This role will play a critical part in building a scalable digital twin environment that accurately replicates retail operations—from supply chain flows and in-store customer behavior to workforce optimization and checkout systems. You will work cross-functionally with data science, software engineering, and retail operations teams to bring our next-generation retail digital twin to life.
