+ Lead the application of **process improvement tools and methodologies** including 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies to eliminate loss within Distribution Center functional areas, in alignment with Network Process Structure and the **Walmart Performance System (WPS)** .
+ Deliver expected functional area results through **KPI analysis, loss elimination, and standard work development** , reducing process variation and improving operational consistency.
+ Review and support execution of **process improvement projects owned by Area Managers** , providing guidance and accountability aligned to WPS expectations.
+ Apply new **Network One Best Way playbooks** and contribute to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams through project ideation and identification of replication opportunities.
