**What you'll do...**

The Director, Operations is a senior operational and strategic leader who oversees the execution of large-scale, complex projects and programs while developing cross-functional business solutions within Walmart’s Site Merchandise Experience & Strategy team. This exciting opportunity will provide overall strategic direction and drive initiatives that generate revenue and advance Walmart’s digital site experience and will work primarily with product management, merchandising, engineering, and eCommerce strategy partners across Walmart. The role is based in Bentonville, AR (Home Office) reporting to the Senior Director of Operations & Strategy within the Site Merchandise Experience & Strategy organization.
