Join our team as a **Production Operator – FFM** , where you'll play a hands-on role in operating Fluorosint equipment and supporting our production process. This position is key to maintaining product quality, ensuring safety, and minimizing downtime.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Safely operate all Fluorosint equipment (e.g., ovens, presses, mixers, micro-grinder, ball mill) according to SOPs.
+ Mix, blend, and process materials into FFM powder.
+ Mold FFM powder into rod, tubular bar, and plate products.
+ Package and prepare products for shipping per specifications.
+ Monitor and record production data and computer transactions accurately.
+ Perform in-process quality checks and take corrective action as needed.
+ Troubleshoot and report process issues to minimize downtime.
