Required Skill Set

• Accounting / Commerce background (mandatory)
• Familiarity with US taxation concepts (preferred) – Forms such as 1040, W-2, 1099, etc.
• Candidates with CPA internship experience or exposure to tax return preparation will be highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of tax calculations and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail for QA and validation tasks.

Candidates without US tax experience but with strong accounting fundamentals can be trained.
