A Conference Center Coordinator, working with limited direction, provides on-site support in the delivery of conference center services. Responsibilities include working closely with internal clients to plan, schedule and implement a variety of meetings (simple, complex and multi-day) held in Conference Center-managed rooms. In addition, the Conference Center Coordinator may oversee activity in other designated locations on site. A Conference Center Coordinator is dedicated to an office or campus.
