A US Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals such as nurses, medical assistants, and therapists for hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities in the United States. They handle candidate sourcing, phone screenings, license and credential verification, interview scheduling, job offer processing, and onboarding. They also coordinate with clients to fill job vacancies on time and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while meeting recruitment targets and KPIs.
