Key Responsibilities

• Supporting end-to-end US accounting operations
• Handle advanced US bookkeeping including GL maintenance, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting
• Process and manage US payroll (W2, 1099, C2C preferred exposure)
• Prepare and manage US invoicing and revenue tracking
• Perform bank & credit card reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with US accounting practices and internal controls
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
