LOCUM Urologist : North, IndianaJob Summary
- Position: Urology
- Start Date: 08/25/2025
- End Date: 11/24/2025
- Duration of Assignment: 91 days
- Care Setting: Clinic and Call coverage
- Shift Details: Clinic 7 am - 5 pm daily, Night call 5 pm - 7 amKey Requirements
- Licensure: Indiana license required at submission
- Required Qualifications: BC or BE within 5 years of residency
- Certifications: ACLS required
